The code and the data stay yours

On acceptance you receive the files, a database dump and full administrative access. No lock-in — if you change supplier, they get everything needed to take over.

Twelve months of warranty

Defects in our code are fixed at no extra charge for a year after acceptance. The terms and the response time are in the contract, not in a promise on a website.

Backups that have been restored

A daily copy of the database and files, stored away from the production server. We actually test the restore, because a backup nobody has restored is not a backup.

Compliance and accessibility

Deliveries meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, and data processing is documented under GDPR with a processing agreement. Forms are protected against bots without tracking visitors.

How we run a project

  1. 01

    Analysis and quote

    We establish what the system has to achieve and how you will measure that it worked. You leave with a written scope, a price range and a timeline. The quote commits you to nothing.

  2. 02

    Design and architecture

    Page layouts, the data model and the list of integrations take shape. You sign off the mockups before a line of code is written, because at this stage a change costs hours rather than weeks.

  3. 03

    Build and testing

    The code is written in stages, and each stage lands on a staging environment you can access. We test on phones, tablets and slow connections, not only on a large monitor.

  4. 04

    Going live

    We move the system to your server, set up the certificate, backups and monitoring, then train the team on your own data. Launch is scheduled outside peak traffic.

  5. 05

    Support and development

    Twelve months of warranty on defects in our code. After that you either request specific changes or take a support agreement with an agreed budget of hours and response time.
