Four areas, run from analysis to support

We are not an agency for everything. We deliver four kinds of projects, each one end to end — analysis, design, code, testing, launch and post-launch support. No subcontractors, no handing the project between teams.

Websites

From od 1 000 zł

A company website built around one business goal — an enquiry, a phone call or an order. Written from scratch, with no stock themes and no plugins that lose support in six months.

  • Content architecture and layout designed around your material
  • Our own admin panel for text, images and SEO
  • Polish and English as standard, at no extra cost
  • Structured data, sitemap and a correct heading order

Online stores

From od 2 900 zł

Selling on your own engine — no commission on turnover, no product limits and no fees for features a subscription treats as extras. Payments, shipping and documents in one panel.

  • Cart and checkout in three steps
  • Przelewy24, Stripe, BLIK and cash on delivery
  • InPost, DPD and Poczta Polska with automatic labels
  • Stock, discount codes, vouchers and bundles

Applications

From od 3 000 zł

A web or mobile app for a team working in the field or running a repetitive process. The first production release in weeks, with further features added from how people actually use it.

  • PWA apps that work offline and sync when the connection returns
  • Bookings, service tickets, registries and push notifications
  • Sign-in, roles and permissions modelled on your real structure
  • Your own API for integrations and whatever comes next

Custom systems

From od 3 000 zł

Software built around your process, for when no ready-made tool fits it. We start with an audit of how you work today and quote on what that audit finds.

  • A process audit and a map of where the time goes
  • Job panels, registries, document flows and quote calculators
  • Integration with the systems you already run
  • Data migration from legacy software, history included
Guarantees

What you can count on

Commitments that go into the contract, not slogans on a website.

The code and the data stay yours

On acceptance you receive the files, a database dump and full administrative access. No lock-in — if you change supplier, they get everything needed to take over.

Twelve months of warranty

Defects in our code are fixed at no extra charge for a year after acceptance. The terms and the response time are in the contract, not in a promise on a website.

Backups that have been restored

A daily copy of the database and files, stored away from the production server. We actually test the restore, because a backup nobody has restored is not a backup.

Compliance and accessibility

Deliveries meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, and data processing is documented under GDPR with a processing agreement. Forms are protected against bots without tracking visitors.

Questions

Questions that come up most

How long does a delivery take?

A company site runs from five working days for the smallest scope to four weeks for a larger one, counted from mockup sign-off. A store or an app starts at eight weeks, depending on the integrations.

How is payment structured?

Usually in three instalments: on signing, after design sign-off and on acceptance. Larger systems are billed by stage, each with its own acceptance.

Can I edit the content myself?

Yes. Every delivery includes a panel for text, images, prices and SEO settings. It works on a phone as well as a desktop and needs no more than a quarter of an hour of training.

What about hosting and domains?

We can stay with your current provider or help you move. We do not resell hosting, so we have no stake in that recommendation.

What happens after launch?

For twelve months we fix defects in our code at no extra charge. Further development runs per request or under a support agreement with an agreed budget of hours and response time.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, including before the first detailed conversation. Documents shared at the enquiry stage are treated as confidential whether or not the project goes ahead.

Who will work on the project?

The person who answers your first enquiry runs the project to the end. We do not hand deliveries between teams and we do not subcontract.

Will you take over from another supplier?

Usually yes, after a code audit. The audit ends with an assessment, a list of debt and a decision on whether developing that code or rewriting it is cheaper. Sometimes we recommend the former.
